Payment and Shipping

Payment

Paypal is the only method of payment I accept. The paypal fees are built into my prices.

Some buyers occasionally ask if they can send their payment to my account as a gift to avoid extra fees and negotiate a lower price. You may do this, but please also know that in doing so you relinquish your right to file a paypal claim. Of course I certainly hope it would never come to that, but I just wanted to make you aware of your rights.

Payment is due within 24 hours of invoicing*. After 24 hours the invoice will be canceled and any items will be placed back up for sale.

*Items will not be placed "on hold" without an open invoice. If you want an item but need more than 24 hours to pay, please let me know. I will still invoice you, but I will wait more than 24 hours before canceling it, depending on whatever we discuss.


Shipping - US

I ship via the US Postal Service. Packages will be sent via First Class Mail unless otherwise negotiated, and  include Delivery Confirmation. Please note that insurance is extra. I am more than willing to insure packages, but you have to request it beforehand so I can invoice you for the insurance. Same goes for signature confirmation. Just let me know so I can invoice.

Reimbursement for damaged goods in uninsured packages is not made unless there is some negligence on my part. I will wrap carefully, but if you do not insure your package I cannot guaranty you will be reimbursed for damage. When ordering meltable items, please take into consideration the local temperature. As we get into summer, it is going to get very hot in So-Cal (where I am located). I will not be held responsible for melted items.

Shipping - International

International buyers will pay shipping as calculated by the USPS shipping calculator. Registered mail with tracking will cost significantly more. Sorry guys, that's just how the postal system rolls. :( Insurance still available for extra cost, as always.
